Outreach work

#INZPirED reaches out to offline schools in Nepal and tries to get them participate in the benefits of online professional development (PD). We do this by sharing the #INZPirED Twitter chat each week and encouraging the school's to go online.

Our first school was Pawan Prakriti School in Kathmandu, Nepal, which is now online and tweeting  @pawanprakriti

Our second school is Mary Ward girls school in Kathmandu, Nepal. We have just put in some extra computers for them with the help of The British School of Kathmandu and will work with the teachers to try to get them online. This school is run by charitable donations and provides free education to disadvantaged girls. We have even secured a weekly lesson for them at The British School so they could use their facilities to learn.
